The Interceptum platform offers the following types of questions:

  • Categorical: Use this type of question to ask the participant to make a single selection amongst a group of available options. Details

  • Custom Fields: Use this type of question to ask the participant to fill out a set of fields that you define such as a date, a time, a number field, checkboxes, dropdown lists, text fields, etc. Details

  • Description: Use this type of question to provide participants with a description in rich text. The participant does not respond to this type of question. Details

  • Drawing: Use this type of question to allow a participant to draw using their mouse or finger. Details

  • Free Form Text: Use this type of question to ask the participant to enter a response in free form text. Details

  • Image Selection: Use this type of question to ask the participant to make one or more selections amongst a group of available images. Details

  • Likert Scale: Use this type of question to ask the participant to evaluate a series of statements according to subjective or objective criteria; generally the level of agreement or disagreement is measured. Details

  • Matrix: Use this type of question to ask the participant to fill a table of values. The values can either be Numbers, Text, Checkboxes, or a selection in a List. Details

  • Multiple Choice: Use this type of question to ask the participant to make one or more selections amongst a group of available options. Details

  • Ordinal: Use this type of question to ask the participant to order or rank a series of values. Details

  • Partition: Use this type of question to ask the participant to split a total amount over a series of items. For example, percentage of time spent on different activities. Details

  • Section: Use this type of question to separate your questionnaire into sections which can be directly accessed via a table of contents. Details

  • Slider: Use this type of question to allow a participation to provide a numeric value within a range using a slider control. Details
